Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team helps make our church feel like home. We seek to create a warm and welcoming space where laughter is shared, stories are told and hearts are encouraged. If you enjoy serving others, we’d love for you to join us.

Hospitality team members help prepare and serve refreshments after service, creating a welcoming space for people to connect. Through simple acts of service, you help turn a cup of tea into care, belonging and discipleship..
Newcomers Team
The Newcomers Team exists to make sure no one walks alone. We help newcomers feel seen, cared for and connected from their very first visit. If you have a heart for people, enjoy meaningful conversations and want to see others grow in their faith and community, we would love to have you with us.
Requirements
Loves meeting new people and a genuine interest in their stories.
Willingness to initiate conversations and build relationships.
Committed to following up and helping newcomers integrate into church life.
Available before and after service.

Newcomers team members intentionally connect with visitors and newcomers, helping them take their first steps into our church family. You will meet people, listen to their stories and connect them to the right people to help them find their home at LifeGate Church.
Welcoming Team
The Welcoming Team is all about first impressions that last. A smile at the door, a kind word in the foyer and a helping hand in the carpark. We believe that a warm welcome can open the door to encounter God's love. If you love meeting people and want to help create a space where everyone belongs, this is the team for you.
Requirements
The brightest smile and a genuine willingness to serve people.
Enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.
Comfortable greeting, assisting and offering practical help.
Available before and after service.

Welcoming Team Members are the first faces people see when they arrive at church. You will greet people with warmth, connect with them at the Welcome Lounge, assist with parking, guide them to a seat and help distribute communion. From the car park to the main hall, you will play a key role in creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed and at home.
