2. When does registration close?
   Early Bird - Sun 20th July @ 11:59 PM
   Full Rego - Sun 10th Aug @ 11:59 PM

3. Requirements for Third child or more goes free.
   To qualify for this, all family members must be currently living in the same household and will be roomed together in one room at camp (up to 6 beds per room).

   Email camp@lifegatechurch.org.au with who is in your family and their ages at the time of camp. You will receive a unique promo code giving the third or more children free registration.
   
   

4. My child turns 14 just before camp starts - what price do I pay?
   The fee is based on the age your child is on the first day of camp.

   For example, if Alex turns 14 on 19th September, he will pay the 14+ full-time rate of $249 (early bird).
   
   

5. Is there a payment plan available?
   Yes, for early bird registrations only up to Friday 18th July 2025.

   The interest-free payment plan breaks your fee into three instalments:

   • 1st payment: At time of registration

   • 2nd payment: One month after registration

   • 3rd payment: Two months after registration

   Ensure all payments are made on time to avoid late fees or cancellation.

1. I need help getting to the campsite. What should I do?

   Contact your cell group leaders. If you’re not part of a cell group, note down in the rego form about needing transport to the campsite.

   There is a question in the registration form to indicate if you need transport assistance. Once registrations close, we will contact you directly to arrange options.
   
   

2. Can I choose who I share a room with?

   You may nominate up to three same-gender people you’d like to share a room with. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. As the stay is short, we encourage flexibility even if your preferred roommates aren’t available.

   Families with children under 18 will be allocated a family room together.
   
   

3. I have financial difficulties. Can I get assistance?

   Yes. Please email camp@lifegatechurch.org.au with:
   - The amount of assistance you’re requesting
   - A brief explanation of your circumstances

   All requests are handled confidentially by the Camp Committee on a case-by-case basis.
