Pastoral References
LifeGate Church is happy to assist and provide pastoral references for families seeking to enrol their children in school, and for individuals applying for employment in religious schools. They must be active and regular attendees of LifeGate Church and engaged with church community and church life (ie. serving, cell group).
Note: Pastoral reference letters are provided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the pastoral team.
Email office@lifegatechurch.org.au with the information below:
1. Full name(s) of parents (both if applicable)
2. Full name(s) of child(ren) if more than one to enrol
3. How long have each parent been at LifeGate (at least one must be a believer and attending LifeGate Church)
4. How are the parent(s) involved in the church now, and in the past (include years of involvement)
5. Name of school applying to, and why you chose the school
Timeframe: usually 2-3 weeks
For Child Enrolment
Email office@lifegatechurch.org.au with the information below:
1. Full legal name (and preferred name if applicable)
2. Position being applied for
3. School name and address
4. To whom the letter should be addressed to
5. Duration of church attendance
6. Specific church involvement and roles (past and present)
7. Notable qualities and examples demonstrating those qualities
8. Any additional information the applicant wants highlighted
Timeframe: usually 2-3 weeks
