Worship Team

OUR MISSION
We exist to ‘set the tone for people to encounter the presence of God and respond to the revelation of Jesus’.

It’s not just about the music, but it’s in everything we do! All of the worship team contributes to setting a tone for worship.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Jesus and His Church! We are looking for people who live out our ministry vision, “to be worshippers who are passionate and humble, ready to lead people into the presence of God”.

We are always wanting to live out the worship-lifestyle, to “give your bodies to God because of all he has done for us” and to be “a living and holy sacrifice” (Romans 12:1).

We accept people with various skill levels! As long as you have a heart for serving, a teachable attitude, and a spirit of excellence and integrity, we’d love to have a chat with you and we’ll be glad to try and find a place for you on our team!

WHAT DOES A WEEK IN THE WORSHIP MINISTRY LOOK LIKE?

There are rostered teams that leads our church in worship for every weekend service (Saturday & Sunday).

TESTIMONIALS

“Serving on the worship team allows me to use my technical skill to serve God and help create a better worship atmosphere. Being part of the team has given me a sense of belonging. The best part about serving on the worship team is witnessing everyone worshiping all together. Through my involvement in the team, I’ve witnessed the passion and dedication of the members. It has inspired me to grow deeper in my relationship with God.”

George – Lighting & DP

“Serving on the worship team is a great privilege. As worship leaders we try to be tuned in to the Holy Spirit so that we can participate in His ministry and partner with Him - or at the very least, try not to get in His way! Ultimately it's a way for us to practice hospitality, to create an environment where people feel they can come before God's throne just as they are. I love working with the rest of the worship team to do that. And I'm so encouraged by the commitment and dedication of the people on the team. It's a privilege to serve alongside them.”

Leng – Worship Leader & Vocalist
